According to a research which discussed with experts in New Orleans recently, having music therapy for 30 minutes was proved can replace therapy hypertension using drug.

The research was experience to 48 hypertension patients with aged between 45-70 years old. 28 people among them were ask to listen to classical music or India traditional music for about 30 minutes a day, while the rest of 20 other people were doing their activity just like usual.

The result, after doing the music therapy for a month, blood pressure of 28 hypertension patients become normal, while blood pressure of 20 hypertension patient who not experience the music therapy were still high.

Actually, musical stimulation can activate our limbic system that connected to out emotion. When limbic system activated out brain become relax. This condition stimulate our blood pressure too decrease.

The swell of music also can stimulate our body to produce nitric oxide (NO) molecule. This molecule works by venous tonus which can also decrease out blood pressure
